On May 15th of 2018, I opened a new architectural design studio -  a sole proprietorship offering full architectural and planning services.

 

For over three decades, I have been practicing architecture in Southern California across a range of typologies, with an intentional focus on design for the public sphere.  For the last 28 of those years I was, successively, Design Director and Design Partner at Gonzalez Goodale Architects in

Pasadena, California. 

 

This new, independent studio is structured to focus on a limited number of projects; and to fostering close involvement with clients,  and hands-on involvement with the creative and documentation work from design through construction.

I am eager to continue to provide design and professional service for both public and private entities whose missions include a spirited commitment to enhance the social energy and physical beauty of the public environment.
