Engaging existing music, theatre, and fine arts buildings, the charge of this project was both to modernize existing conditions, and to surgically expand program where feasible (including such elements as expanded music practice rooms and more generous fine arts public display).

In the case of the music practice rooms and new ticketing function, the modest expansion was leveraged to present a fresh aspect of the school to its richly landscaped community edge.
